Every after-hours call answered. Every emergency put through to you.
When a homeowner calls at 11pm and gets voicemail, they call the next HVAC company on the list. Lead Tide picks up, takes the details, puts real emergencies through to your phone, and emails you a summary at 7am.
No card needed No contract You keep your number Switch off in seconds
Two sample calls, 30 seconds each
Recorded with a test caller. Names and addresses in the samples are made up.
Three steps, and the first one takes a few minutes
Nothing to install. No new number to advertise. Your phone carrier does the forwarding.
Forward your after-hours calls
Your number stays yours. Set your carrier to forward unanswered or after-hours calls to your Lead Tide line. I walk you through it on the setup call. You can switch it off in seconds, any time.
The AI answers and catches emergencies
It says it is an AI and that the call may be recorded. Then it takes the caller's name, callback number, service address, what is wrong, whether they own or rent, and the best time to call back. A gas smell, a CO alarm, no heat below 40°F with vulnerable people at home, or a water leak gets transferred live to your phone.
You get a 7am summary
One email every morning. Who called, what they need, who was put through to you, and who is waiting for a callback. Nothing to log into.
What lands in your inbox at 7am
Short enough to read on your phone in the truck. Urgent calls first, then callbacks in the order they came in.

-
Callback
Maria R., AC making a grinding noise. Homeowner. Best time to call: after 9 am.
-
Callback
Dan P., thermostat blank, no display. Tenant, landlord approves repairs. Best time: before noon.
Recordings and transcripts are attached. Reply to this email if anything looks wrong.
What it will do, and what it will never do
It takes messages and spots emergencies. It does not try to be a technician, and it does not try to be a salesperson.
- Answer every after-hours and unanswered call, nights, weekends, holidays.
- Say up front that it is an AI and that the call may be recorded.
- Take the name, callback number, service address, what is wrong, owner or tenant, and best callback time.
- Transfer a gas smell, CO alarm, no heat below 40°F with vulnerable people, or a water leak live to your phone.
- Email you a summary at 7am, with recordings and transcripts.
- Quote a price, not even a ballpark.
- Diagnose the problem or tell the caller what to try.
- Promise an arrival time or a same-day visit.
- Pretend to be a human, even if asked.
- Make outbound calls. It only answers.

After-hours answering for HVAC
Free 14-day trial. No card, no contract. Cancel by email, and switch forwarding off in seconds.
Start the free 14-day trialBooks a 30-minute setup call. Forwarding can be on the same day.
What happens on the 30-minute setup call
Nothing to prepare. Have your phone with you and know how to log in to your carrier, or have the person who does on the call.
-
Your rules, in your words
Your service area, which calls count as an emergency for you, and which phone the transfers should ring. I write it down and read it back.
About 10 minutes -
Forwarding goes on
I give you the Lead Tide number for your account. You set after-hours or no-answer forwarding at your carrier while I am on the line. Most carriers do it with a short dial code.
About 10 minutes -
You test it yourself
You call your own number, hear the AI answer, and give it a fake problem. If something sounds off, we change it on the spot. The trial starts, and the first summary lands at 7am the next morning.
About 10 minutes
Turning it off is the same forwarding setting, in reverse. Nothing is installed, no app, and nothing changes on your office phones.
What you should know first
-
It is an AI, and it says so.
Some callers hang up when they hear that. The ones with no heat at 11pm stay on and give their details, because they want a callback more than they want a human voice.
-
It can mishear.
A house number or a street name can come through wrong now and then. Every call's recording and transcript are attached to the summary, so you can check in seconds.
-
It is not a dispatcher.
It does not book slots on your calendar, and it does not tell the caller when you will arrive. It gets you the information and, for emergencies, the live call.
-
There is no contract.
Setup is one payment and then one monthly fee, both on the card above, and there are no other charges. No card to start the trial, no notice period to stop.
-
One person runs it.
I set up your account, I read your emails, and I make the script changes. There is no support queue, and there is no team behind me either. Email gets a reply from me, usually the same day.
Common questions
Does it sound robotic?
Call the demo and judge for yourself: (000) 000-0000. It will tell you it is an AI, because it always does. Then it will take your details like a calm dispatcher would.
Do I lose my number?
No. Your customers keep calling the number on your trucks. Your carrier forwards unanswered or after-hours calls to Lead Tide. Turn the forwarding off and everything is back to how it was, in seconds.
What if it is an emergency?
Gas smell, CO alarm, no heat below 40°F with vulnerable people in the house, or a water leak: the call is transferred live to your phone. You hear the caller, not a recording. Everything else becomes a callback in the 7am summary.
Is it legal to record the calls?
Every call opens with the AI saying it is an AI and that the call may be recorded. That announcement is how the caller is told, on every call, before anything else is said. If a caller does not want to be recorded, they can hang up before giving any details. Rules vary by state, so if you have specific concerns, ask your own counsel.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Email me, I switch the account off, and you turn forwarding off at your carrier. No contract, no notice period.
Who is behind this?
Ibrahim. I build AI voice agents for US businesses, and I set up every Lead Tide account myself. You can see my work history and client reviews on my Upwork profile, where I hold Top Rated status.
Hi, I'm Ibrahim.
I build AI voice agents for US businesses. Lead Tide is the one I built for HVAC companies that lose night and weekend calls to voicemail.
When you book a call, you talk to me. When you email, I answer.
Stop losing the 11pm calls to the next company on the list.
Book a 30-minute setup call. Forwarding goes on, the trial starts, and you see your first 7am summary the next morning.
